Doctor of Medicine (MD), as per the American curriculum which is equivalent to MBBS in India
MBBS and MD are both primarily medical qualifications. The degrees are equal. (See ECFMG list of degrees recognized from different countries). MBBS is the British system of education whereas MD is the American System of education

Yes. After the completion of FMGE/NEXT and procuring the Provisional Registration of the NMC, you can complete your internship in India.
Yes, after the successful completion of FMGE/NExT and Internship, the student is eligible to register with the NMC and the State Medical Councils and can practice in India and pursue specialisation studies after qualifying NEET-PG.
The nominal exam fees are to be borne by the student.
